This policy applies to cancellation of an entire booking or any part of a booking:

If your booking was made through an online travel agent or OTA (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Wotif, Hotels.com), the cancellation policy of the OTA applies.

If you booked directly with us, whether by phone, email, or through our website, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, a 100% cancellation fee applies at any time.

Our reception is open 7 days a week, 364 days a year (closed Christmas Day). Reception is open 2pm - 6pm every day.

Check-in a Flamingo Motel is from 2pm.

Late check-outs are subject to availability and can only be confirmed on arrival.
